Great site, My mate put me up to this - loved chess. Played at school so it's been ages since I had a competitive game - say 20 years!!

Anyhow IRC58 put me on to all the high rollers so I expect a match now and again - you know who you are!!

Is there a section for speed chess? - otherwise got to get used to games lasting a month or so!!

For speed chess, I might recomend a player called ubergoober. He/she/it in fact will delete games or resign if you don't move within a few minutes. He plays strictly in real time. And he sends over spectacular insults when you beat him.

He's rarely on. Me, saus, and whitesquare are the only people who have the patience for him.

Yeah, it is. But, no offense to him, he's pretty terrible.
