Well, just at first glance two things annoy me:
I can't seem to bring up an entire album, or if you can I can't work it out, it's not intuitive at all. I had to add each tune separately to the playlist.
It doesn't save my searches (might need to make an account?)
For example, here:
http://listen.grooveshark.com/#/search/albums/?query=there%20is%20love%20in%20you
You can click on the plus sign on the second album to put the new Four Tet album in your 'now playing' list. To save searches I think you need an account. Still, you can listen to it without any account, but it increases functionality if you do.
Spotify's interface seems nicer at the moment, but not having ads trumps that for me.
