Frasier

Boy, the way Glenn Miller played
Songs that made the hit parade
Guys like us we had it made
Those were the days

My last one went unanswered. But, I'll try again.

"I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8.
And I yelled to the cabbie, 'Yo home smell ya later'.
I looked at my kingdom.
I was finally there."

Two of my favorite shows when I was a kid were Reading Rainbow and Zoobilee Zoo.

This was from Reading Rainbow.

LeVar Burton was one of those rare adults that could talk to kids on their own level, he never seemed patronizing.

(This one's a bit before my time)

Who can turn the world on with her smile?
Who can take a nothing day, and suddenly make it all seem worthwhile?
Well it's you girl, and you should know it
With each glance and every little movement you show it

Love is all around, no need to waste it
You can have the town, why don't you take it
You're gonna make it after all
You're gonna make it after all!

Your turn to offer a TV theme-song's lyrics so that we might guess.

I don't want to bother going back to see what has already been given. 😉

Then don't respond. You're being rude.

Reading Rainbow was such a simple show, yet it always captivated me as a kid.

Your lyrics are from Mary Tyler Moore. I actually saw reruns of this as a kid.

Love and marriage, love and marriage
Go together like a horse and carriage
This I tell you, brother
You can't have one without the other

No, you are being RUDE, I already said what it was, gave you the answer!!! 😛

Yours sounds like an old Frank Sinatra song, no clue what show tune it was for though. It wasn't "Married with Children" was it?
