I did read that a while back. The article said film actors use it before going on set to improve their eye bags.

don't some folks put cucumber slices on the eyes to tighten skin?

could hemorrhoids be treated by a cucumber in the right place?

Commonly known in the 1960s, all of us used it carefully because it doesn't do to get it in your eyes and it smells pretty horrid too. The cosmetics industry hadn't invented concealers yet.
