Absolutely,they're a brilliant liverpool band from the 80's,check out their Trumpton town riots e.p. and back in the D.H.S.S. pure class.

You've really got the wrong end of the stick,HMHB were not a bunch shoulder padded,silk suited yuppies crowing on about how much coke they consumed.As I said,they hailed from Liverpool and were an indy rock-pop band and sung about particularly British subjects,such as life on the dole etc.

I saw them live at the Mean Fiddler almost twenty years ago. They were absolutely fantastic. "I hate Nerys Hughes" was a favourite of mine, not because I hate Nerys Hughes but just because the rant was so unexpected!

Edit: This youtube site is quite good. Do you think it will catch on?

They're still going. Personally I think the lyric writer is a genius, just out of a different box to the Einsteins and Rowlings of this world (not that we can pluralise Einstein as such). I stuck a tribute on my website http://www.mysgw.co.uk/Page.asp?PageID=691&SiteID=232&StyleID=2321 and told them but they never emailed me back.
