you need to relax a bit. let your sister have her own conversations. no one is attacking her, and no one is harassing her. She reacted to a situation, and I wanted to know why. None of my questions were ever answered. The only "answers" I recieved were things like, "look what he did" and "end of discussion".
Perhaps it was for a legitimate reason. Apparently, you know more than myself, so please fell free to fill me in.
The case is not closed, the discussion is not over. If you and your sister are going to act a certain way, then expect people to have questions.
They are just questions. Not accusations, and not harrasment.

Lyn reacted to people, as sometimes happens around here, missing the meaning of someone elses post.
Romeo's thread "My Apology to a fellow Veggie (Thanks to JWL)" should have had one and only post in it. And "Root out the Bad Vegetables" should have died the death it deserved after the apology was made.

Well, at this point, I dont really care anymore. Accusations were made, questions were asked, questions were never answered, and some of us were accused of harrassment. Thats just great.

I just read your post about "Wish there was something I could do to make you happy.". Thanks. As per Lyn... I don't think you or I have the ability to judge or demand answers. Make me happy by seeing her as she is. She "apprehends" the world differently than you and I. Trekkie loves her. Lyn can hold her own, but is very... very easily hurt. I don't think this world was made for one so delicate and kind. Anger and frustration makes her sad.
If you really want to make me smile, just be kind to both Lyn and Trekkie. Thanks.

As for being accussed of "harrassment" by Trekkie, I am not sure that was an accurate assesment of my actions.
As for being threatened by Trekkie, I think that is BS.
As for having to go through Trekkie to talk to Lyn, well, I think that falls in the same category.
As for being told that what Marlone did was "none of my concern" by Trekkie, well, I beg to differ. I am currently involved in a game with him, and if all of these accusations have reasoning behind them, then it is my concern.
Bottom line to me....this whole issue has been blown way out of proportion. Consider it dropped from my end. I dont want my questions answered. I will be pissed if someone tries to answer them at this point. Even if the answers are mind boggling and earth shattering, I dont want to know.
StarValley, you are a good guy. Your intentions are admirable.
Lyn, you are a good gal. I apologize to you if I hurt your feelings.
Trekkie, I usually dont like to piss and moan about trivial arguments, but in your case, I'll make an exception.
I appreciate you sticking up for your family. That is admirable, but threatening, accusing, and flaming will get you no where fast. Be reasonable about it. Dont try to shut people up. This is a public site. You have to deal with people, and their questions. If you can not do it in a reasonable way, then maybe your keyboard should be revoked. All you need is a mouse to play anyway.

A Tale of "Chimpness"
RC and I have had a long discourse about the nature of humans. The basic premise is that we all aspire to gain "recognition" or "chimp credits" by our imposition of will upon the group.
It is well and fine that we should always try to gain the upper hand. That is what we do.
Then comes the next level.
We are conscious beings. Should we not evaluate our striving for "recognition' and "Status in the pack" as what it is? A base desire to surmount our miserably boring existence?
Johnathan... How many battles for supremecy of mating have you fought lately? Any? Me neither. So we come across as wanting to "show the world" that we are important. Chimpness. Credits to Being a Chimp. That is what we are. Genetically to 3 decimal places.
We can learn from that. We don't have to take it any more. We can rail against the night and say "I am not a Chimp! I can be me without forfeiting my identity! I can be me, without giving up the right to importance amongst my fellow beings!"
But will we do it?
A very insignificant being...

I don't care for accusations of harassment. Or threats of answering to someone. You know who I answer to. I feel I threw a white flag up too early and I am back to talk about this.
I could care less if Misslead is "special". People answer for their actions. This is a public forum and it is our business. There is no end of discussion. (See last word thread)
This is a fact. Want to call someone a cheat? Say why, and be sure you can prove it no mater how poor your communication skills are.
