Hey guys!

Had an ok day also. Last night was a lot better, I get to jam out with my bro and a friend. Today, I was tired from RoCkInG OuT, but got some good work done. Left a little early and took a drive through the back roads past the turf fields and forest brooks.

Stopped at one of the brooks I'd never stopped at before to see if there were any pictures to take. The lighting was dull with the clowds, but there is always tomorrow!

I hope to post an image of the rook in my yard, I've got to look around a bit for it. Should be cool, but don't expect a wonderful castle... Like I said, I don't work the chainsaw.... and my bro went ape on the thing.

We got it cut with the 4 spikes (ramparts? What do you call them blocks on top a tower?) I used black marker to make a brick pattern and my bro zipped them out. People keep asking if we made blocks and built it.

Once it was done I put some gas on it. We lit it up, and it burned neat for a bit. It went out too soon, and was still hot so I didn't want to chuck gas on it. I used a small glass to toss a bit more on and it didn't catch. Put some more on and lit it up again.

Burned about 40 minutes and the next day it looked a lot better. When it was first carved it just looked like a hunk of pine, but the burning really made it look good.
