You have been right so far, but I think there comes a time when ones chances comes to an end.
Even in the real world as everyone likes to say on here. A judge will give a first timer a break sometime, depending on what he/she did.
You just don't want to run into that same judge a second time having commited the same offence.
This is a happy thread, so lets say in this case, there will not be a repeat offender.
The criminal element always think they are too smart. Smarter than the Judge. Smarter than the Jury. When the gang is behind them, they never lose. Especially when the Judge is well you know someones daddy or being blackmailed. That must be it...blackmail. Pictures, DNA. Ahhh I get it now. Darvlay is having Russ's child.
