As far as I'm aware of it is. It might be useful if you have a way to heat it up and mold it. The possibilities are endless if you can get it hot enough, have enough of the raw material, and an annoying neighbor.
Imagine a neighbor waking up to see their car entirely incased in titanium.

I coke my own iron with the Bessemer process then make my swords the way Masamune used to...
one layer of iron sandwiched between 2 layers of steel, caked in clay, sharpened on a whetstone, clay cracked, left out to dry.
And I most always put some sort of signature in my blades.
