If you buy it after 60 days... you are spending the cash you might spend on 2 or 3 video games, but you get a powerful tool. You can edit images and use the animation wizard to string them. Photoshop is like 10zillion dollars but Paint Shop Pro is only 100 bucks and has clone brush, smudge, and many other useful tools that really don't take long to learn.

Selection wand and selecting
Clone
color balance
light and contrast
smudge
as well as other features like
blur
sharpen
and noise
There are more useful tools like filters and affects, but using the ones I listed can jimmy any paste job to make the images match up a lot better than a straight paste job.
Good fun if you ever find the time to fiddle with images.
