Just a follow up on the earlier post of what you do when you're sad. Years ago, at a business roundtable for aspiring entrepreneurs, one of the speakers had this thought:
"The real world is no bed of roses, when it gets you down you can't function effectively with a head full negative garbage, so have a plan or blueprint to get yourself energized and focused and keep it nearby. It could be a journal book with your favorite inspirational quotes, your favorite music selections, half-forgotten photos you like, your favorite coffee or tea, or a combination of these. Starting a business is hard work, and you're going to get knocked flat sometimes, so give yourself some tools to help you get back up" 🙂
