Who here knows that he plays chess?
I guess he played in a tournament in New York.
His rating is about 1650. I saw one of his games on youtube.

You saw him actually playing otb on youtube? What link?

How about a game on the blitz mini site here?

The problem with provisional players is there is no way to evaluate the game play level, especially in your case, you have yet to actually play a single move, three games started, no moves made yet. I would not play you yet.
