OKa folks. Does anyone know any decent head phones. I would like some 'blow your head off' high fidelity ones, but don't know where to start. I would prefer wireless as I have a habit of standing on cables and messing things up.

Bose Quiet Comfort 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones.
Dynamite, but pricey. Here in UK about £250. Top Spec.

Was going to suggest noise canceling ones, you don't have to compete with any other noise for hearing threshold... you don't have to crank it just to hear the music.

What I found with the cheaper wireless units is audible noise when there is a low signal coming in.

The Bose unit mentioned above probably beats the others in that regard but you pay for them.

The only really good headphones I've found were Philips, and that with wires. Wireless is too sensitive to interference. And others may disagree, but I will always avoid any audiophool brand like the plague. More style than quality, if you ask me - and that goes fore Bose as much as for B&O.
