-Removed-Snide remarks from a jealous gallery-man.
Never contributes anything of interest or value...just sits on the sidelines; mocking and pointing at those that do.
There's a name for such as Divegeester: But "coward" is better accepted.
Divegeester's likely justification for having an over-sized pie-hole and no pie: He's been baking here longer than most. Not good enough I'm afraid.
And BTW: I still think that Ashiitake's post was brilliant, especially for those normally presented here in the "GENERAL" Forum.
@fmf saidTobacco: Native American tobacco (NOT CIGARETTES) facilitates communication with the spirit world. Burning pure tobacco once per month allows our prayers and thoughts to be heard. Remember to keep it sacred. Good brand: Manitou
Why are you recommending Manitou as a good brand of tobacco?
This is not for smoking it is used at Native American funerals also and family will sit around a fire which burns for 10 days from a persons death around the clock. Family members will take turns keeping the fire burning. After the funeral Family members and people considered family will throw a little of the Tobacco in the fire, it is a ritual the Native Americans have had for centuries. I have been to one of those who has attended a funeral and had the honor of throwing some of the tobacco into the fire. It is suppose to help the deceased on their after life journey, from what I can understand of the long standing tradition.

The flue-cured tobacco in Manitou has a rich aroma and taste that is an essential component to any premium cigarette."
That's from the Manitou brand's web page.
@very-rusty saidI don't know who gave the thumbs down, but this is true, I didn't know the part about some of it is inhaled. It certainly didn't happen at the funeral. But this is done monthly and I don't know about that part of it, as I am not Native American.
