So, if I suck up a balloon full of helium I get the giggles.
But, what happens if I blow it up through my behind?
Inquiring mind needs to know. @Ponderable you are a
chemist, right? Could you elaborate a bit more, please?

Helium doesn't give you the giggles ... though it might give others a laugh.

If you blow up any gas up your behind will not work well if you don't use a tube since you do have some muscles sealing your insides. Any grown person has some control over that. Now if you do any way the body will try to get rid of that gas the same way it does get rid of any gas in that tract. However be careful not too apply too much, otherwise you rsik to rupture your intestines with dedaly effect.
Oh and you normally wouldn't want a chemist to answer questions about the body, but doctors of medicine. And here specifically proctologists.

Can you cook meth?
Originally posted by PonderableI am not interested in trying it, thanks. My brain is already screwed up as it is.
I am able to. I probably could even lay hands on the raw material.
But I won't do it. And I would strongly advice against any use of it in humans. It does affect the brain.
However, I do have a business proposal for you.
