I'm trying to remember the name of a British female duo who played in the late 90s early 00s. The lead singer was a red head, kind sharp features, short hair, sassy. The harmonies were done by a pretty blonde whose vocals were always multi-tracked. They did sort of indie pop stuff and I think they were from London. They were marketed as sort of weird and cookie, stripped leg warmers and victorian dresses, that kind of thing.

Anyone?

Indie pop is a bit vague. If it was a bit early, I would have said Lush...

No, older than Tatu (and British), they'd be in their early 30s now I reckon. Not as ridiculous as Tatu or the cheeky girls. Around the time of Saint Etienne or Dubstar.
