Where is the graphic located right now?
I tried right-clicking on the box with the red square and then looking at it's properties, and it appears to not be something that is uploaded onto a webpage and doesn't show a URL.

It needs to have a URL, otherwise it cannot be found and displayed. (Same thing with your profile graphic).

Hope that helps,
Marc

No.
If it's only on your computer, nobody can access it there.
It has to be uploaded to a webpage or some type of online storage location, where it will then have a URL and can be accessed by our browser.

It's possible your ISP (internet service provider) may include some free online storage space, and if that's the case, they should have instructions somewhere on their site that will tell you how to upload your graphic file onto their server, and can also provide you with the URL information that will link to that graphic file once it is uploaded.

If you can't do it, just send feedback, and I will host it for you.

You need to use a 'File Transfer Protocol' (FTP) program to upload your file. Are you communicating with Russ about this?

There are freeware FTP programs available. Here is a link to one. It's only free for personal use.

http://www.smartftp.com/

Do you have online storage available for your graphic file? If not, Russ has offered to host it for you, but you will need to contact him to make arrangements. (probably it is best to just send him a private message for details and further instructions.)

It's possible you may not need an FTP program if he will just have you email the file directly to him as an attachment, and he will then send you the URL that you will need to use as a link on your clan settings page. (I assume only the clan leader has access to this, but I'm not a clan leader so am not familiar with how you accomplish this.)

Are we making progress?
