So I have a family friend that has a son who wants to get some experince in accounts
I work for the best inusrance company, so I think why not, give him a hand to get some experince in finance markets to help him along his way
So i talk to this guy who is educated 2.1 degree etc, but he sounds like a "plum", namely talks with a wide boy / street accent which will not go down well in the city, as in "you get me brov"
SO I polictley tell him to sort it out, but he does not......what can one do ?

Suggest that he enroll in a public speaking course to enhance his presentation skills.

Edit: I know it sounds like he owes me money and I'm just sucking up, but that's not the case. I'm serious.

Here in America we call them loan officers, or even loan or mortgage brokers.

His "street cred", as it were, would help him to be trusted by his clientele, as well as being able to put complicated financial topics into language they could more easily understand.
Just my two pence. 🙂
