Not for those with weak (or stone) hearts.
I notice they dramatize it quite a bit though,
For example, I'm a hunter, and in an area big time in hunting, I also spent alot of time in the wild, I'm lucky to live in a place that I can still enjoy that. And I would rather see an animal be shot, then die a natural death. A moose starved to death by a pack of wolves isn't fun to watch. I notice they don't show any natural deaths in the film.
Also I ride horse, and trained all my horses myself, and the movie clip is wrong when they say that a trained animal is only obeying because of fear. The best trained animals is not trained by fear, and believe me, my horses have no fear of me, and we have great friendships.
I worked at some dairy farms, and they are nothing like what they are in the movie clip.
And do you know how many lives were saved because of animals that was used for medical research? it would surprise you.
I'm my town they have rodeos every night, and the movie clip greatly dramatized rodeos, I watched hundreds of rodeos, and never seen an animal get hurt, I seen people get hurt, but no animals. Them bucking horses are not bucking because of pain, but because they are either wild, or trained to buck. The rope they put underneath them is just a tool to use when they start getting tamed to let them know that it is time to buck.
Why is it ok for a wolf to kill a deer via starvation or slow deaths, but to quickly kill a cow (for food btw) is inhumane? The video nevertheless is sad though, and I know it goes on in the world, but is is greatly dramatized, and natural deaths are sometimes often more painful.
Thats just my conlusions of the video,

Just how do the wolves go about this?

Every night? Wow, there must be a lot of jobs available for rodeo clowns. Hey Bowmann, finally found a job for ya! Although you may be over-qualified. Get in line behind Trains44! HAHAHAHA! Oh, never mind, I see you're already behind him! Eeewwww! *looks away*
Of course, the clip is produced by someone with an agenda, and some critical thought is required, but much of the contents of clip are representative of the state of the commercial meat and medical industries today.
Regarding the lack of footage of natural kills: why is it people feel humans should be held to the same standard as a wolf, for example? We are so much smarter, and so much more in control of our environment. If we want to, we can raise animals in a humane and sustainable way. The simple fact is, we are don't. That's the fact. If we don't confront that now, we will pay for it later. Nature ultimately holds us accountable.
I don't mean to be preachy, but really, something has gone horribly wrong with how humans have come to regard our resources and environment. The dark side of the industrial revolution, I guess...
