I think he was implying that whoever is in the the photo on the billboard, is a male prostitute. But I think our problem is.... that we don't know who the flippin eck it is in the photo. Some sort of transatlantic unfamiliarity syndrome thing happening.

That's what I was thinking too, but I wasn't sure.

I was also wondering why an Australian would take a photo of people standing in front of a billboard promoting the expansion of a road from Monmouth, Illinois to Burlington, Iowa when he was supposedly on vacation in California (not to mention that the guy pictured on the billboard lives in Florida - I think). But then I figured an Aussie might not realize that California's 2,000 miles from Illinois and 3,000 miles from Florida....🙄
