Right, I suggest you set up an open invite, specifying the rating of the person you wish to play. At the moment, you can't get many games, but if you want more than 6 games subscribe.
Also, players who are online are signified by a green dot beside their name. Find them in "find player"
With any further problems, post them in the Help forum
