If you respond to the person, "you" would work pretty well.

I am on a mailing list which has an intersexed member, and the intersexed pronouns we use for that person (xe, xyr, xym; I have seen different intersexed pronouns elsewhere, there's no official standard as far as I know) also prove useful in cases where you don't know or don't want to reveal someone's sex.
