just for the record i do no say english are angels. But having been at football abroad i can say its as bad but unreported, example while in italy during a local derby match some italians asked if i wanted to go they got me a ticket , during the match a scooter bike came hurdling down and the police did not evan bother to shift it. if that happened here we would be hounded. ps it was a poor game 2-0
