About a week ago, after much frustration with Optimun On-line's customer service, I dropped my phone service with them. I had their triple play package, cable, internet and phone. No complaints on the cable and internet, but after having the phone down over a week and dealing with young, rude as hell, customer service employees in their phone division, I just opted to drop them out of sheer frustration.
Can anybody suggest a reliable, relatively hassle free home phone service. I have been looking on-line but all the fine print with some of these services are just damn scary. Any suggestions or warnings will be deeply appreciated.
