Is it ok to be slam dancing at concerts at 48? I had a lot of fun, but if someone said it was a bit wrong, I'd totally get it.

I recall a Sonic Youth concert when in my mid-30s, where 18 year old kids bounced off me like so many pinballs.
It was glorious fun! But I felt a little guilty afterward.

There was also a bouncer in the area making sure it was just fun (which it was). There was a wrist band section at the front, and I didn't even know what it was for when I was given it.
