Is it ok to be slam dancing at concerts at 48? I had a lot of fun, but if someone said it was a bit wrong, I'd totally get it.

I get it. And I think it's perfectly fine, so long as you're not 150kg bashing against 65kg teenagers.
Don't be that guy!

I recall a Sonic Youth concert when in my mid-30s, where 18 year old kids bounced off me like so many pinballs.
It was glorious fun! But I felt a little guilty afterward.

I never understood the point of that anyway, but I think it is independent from age (as long as you let people in peace who don't want to be slammed).

Nah, it was mainly just jumping around and being shoved. It was a punk gig not a metal gig, and there were plenty guys there a lot bigger than me. There was also a bouncer in the area making sure it was just fun (which it was). There was a wrist band section at the front, and I didn't even know what it was for when I was given it.

I don't feel bad because i've always been a good guy mosher, but I did notice i was the only one my age in the mix.

Huck stay active as long as you can and don't concern yourself about what people say!
