yeah, must be because you are covering costs of their travel etc etc, whereas a whore house they are in their place of work not your home so its alot cheaper

her response was that you were paying for an evening with her (meal; drinks and nice time) the sex would only take place on her terms IF she felt she wanted to (i.e. there was no guarantee of sex).

you assume everyone lives in cities, where whores are more likely to set camp. here, in the boonies, we'd have to drive to downtown knoxville to find an organized prostitution service (i.e. not some skank on a street corner.) and yes, whore houses are much safer for the ladies.
I suppose that call girls are paid more because of travel cost, and the fact that it's convenient for you, and the fact that the girl is taking somewhat of a risk in doing it.
