* The USCF on-line chess site ALSO uses a program to monitor your computer while playing at their site. (It's even more intrusive than ICC's).
* Bill Gates was "allowed" an overturn in the well known Microsoft trial because he agreed to let the government have back door access to anyone's computer running Microsoft's Windows. WinXP was written to accomodate these features. The US government employs hundreds of computer specialists who do nothing but search through people's computers.
