Nagilem is the work the Turkish use for it isn't it? I brought one back from Istanbul and it make a grat social novelty.
I do think it has a lot to do with the coal you use as far as taste and smoothness are concerned. Really red hot hard wood coal is the best i find. I don't think there is any real health risks as long as i'ts not abused.
It costs about 110$ and looks metallic.

I thought special by being big, has diff features. But to me it looks exactly the same as a normal one!
If you put cherry tobacco in it and smoke you fell like you´ve aten some cherry´s.
It doesn´t scratch in your throat (If done right).
You can smoke for a long time without feelin´ dizzy.
More and thicker smoke comes out o yo mouth.
