How do I Castle?

I am in the middle of a game and I am having a hard time trying to castle.
When I move my King-he moves/ But when I touch the Rook- the king moves back.
Would you please educate me?

Just move the king two spaces and enter the move. The program recognizes you are castling.

You should ask 'help' type questions in the 'help and site ideas' forum.
