Is there any post that has all details about the tournament?

There are a few with different parts Boby...but here is the gist.

Two teams..USA vs. The Rest Of The World (ROW for short)
Where you live decides what team you are on.
Team Captains are me for USA...sintubin for ROW.
Captains will be giving each person a chair or seat #...they will play
two games..one white..one black..rated 7 day T.O. with the
corresponding person from the other team.

Absolutely not. All games are individual efforts.
