I think you need to be a little clearer, there are many ways to change your ip, why would you want to do that/what problems are you trying to prevent?

if you are meaning that you need to configure an ip for your router. I found that it was easiest to get an engineer to properly configure my own network (for a small sum its worth getting the job done properly).

You've got a network of static IP's and you want to assign the range to your router?
