Well, when I saw him this weekend he hadn't received my cell phone message yet - so when he gets it later tonight he'll think I sent it today - after the tournament. *sigh*

In spite of the fact that his USCF rating is over 1900, he didn't win a single game! Couldn't even get a DRAW! :'(

In fact, he LOST to the 11 yr-old Battle Creek Wiz-kid in an even rook and pawn ending. I hope he's not contemplating suicide. 😳
