Pizza toast:
Toast one side of the bread, turn over and place cheese on the untoasted side and place under grill. Then just as that starts to melt pull it out again and cover in tomato puree, back under the grill for about 20 seconds. This time when you pull it out sprinkle italian seasoning on it and then back under till cheese is fully melted. Lovely with a cup of strong Twinings English Breakfast tea. 🙂

i like to eat butter. by itself. sometimes, i freeze a block, dip it in batter and deep fry it, and eat it with sweet and sour dipping sauce. i got the recipe from The Elvis Cookbook.
EDIT: i AM health conscious though - i almost always use low-salt butter...
