cache is certainly pronounced cash in english.

aluminium is an interesting one because it's not just pronounced differently in the us and uk, it's spelled differently too. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aluminum#Spelling

i use the word interesting loosely.

If a cache of weapons is discovered, it is never pronounced as the French might but more like cash.

Cache in your PC has a similar meaning and therefore probably ought to be pronounced the same way.

I pronounce it Catch...... The computer's cache. I think any computer using person would prnounce it the same. I've never heard anyone pronounce it different than that pertaining to computers.
