As an average middle age American It's been so easy to slip into bad eating habits.

* A little too much salt with every meal

* A little too much fat with every meal

* Not enough fruits and vegetables with every meal

* A little too much junk food every week

* Not quite enough exercise each week

One does not see the harm in all this, until they wake up after 25 years of bad eating habits, realize they are 75 pounds over weight, and every bit of healthy food tastes like cardboard. Now is the time for me to reverse this trend. I pray I have enough self dicipline to do it.😲

At least die healthy!

Is there some insight that if you are heavily overweight chances are that you die earlier?

Being healthy could prolong your life, too long!
Being old can't be good.
I'd like to die around age 60. Any older and the little things get in the way.
For example...

The new diaper you have to wear all the time could cause a rash.

Your kids have stolen everything you own and put you in a cell, next to other oldies, who could possibly have that old person "smell"...

Crossing the street takes several minutes and the thought of being hit by a car could rattle your nerves, making life not even worth it.

Old age also forces you to ABSOLUTLY REFUSE TO ADAPT TO TECHNOLOGY!!

So you see, being healthy has it's downfall.
