Oklahoma currently has the cheapest gas prices in the United States (so I've heard). Unleaded gas is $1.93 a gallon...and I'm sure it'll be going up as soon as tourist season starts πŸ™

1 litre is 0.2642 US gallons (0.2200 UK gallons fore those interested). We are paying 90c a litre for premium unleaded in Queensland and we are as far as I can tell the cheapest state in Australia!

You guys need cheap fuel, I've seen the size of the cars you have. Those F350's are ridculous! Unfortunately you can buy them here now too!

Gas is short for gasoline....which fuels the car by the vapors(gas) being ignited by the spark from the spark plug?...correct?...help me out motor-heads.... πŸ˜•

What are you implying? We have small gallons? Well, you know that we bomb anyone who has bigger gallons than we do! (just kidding, but seriously...)

Why do we call it gas? That is pretty silly.

Why do we park in our driveways and drive on our parkways?

And the way we write the date is completely back-asswards.

Oh yeah; and PAY TOILETS. That's the stupidest thing I ever heard. What do you mean I gotta pay to take a piss? There's a perfectly good sidewalk right here!

Yes the differences between Americans and English are many and entertaining. In fact, I think I'll start a thread dedicated to that. Reminds me of a Monty Pythin gag from "The Meaning of Life:"

Death: "You English are so pompous, you make me sick!"
American: "Now, I'd just like to say--"
Death: "Shut up."
American: "No, I just want to say--"
Death: "Shut up! You Americans! Always talking. You're always saying, 'I just want to say one thing' and 'lemmee just say this.' Well, you're dead now. So shut up!!"

Here in Holland it's 1 euro 30 a liter. That's roughly 65 dollar cents a pint.

So, basically cheaper than beer, but more expensive than cola. The problem is that my Renault megane 1.6 16v sport coupe with electic rear-windows drinks a hell of a lot more than I do.

I used to have one of those πŸ˜€

Found the front end to be very light, particually in the wet. Nice looking car though

There are approximately 4 litres to a US Gallon. £3.32 is aproximately $5.64 a gallon. Around 70%-80% of that is tax imposed by the UK Government so $2 a gallon is FANTASTIC.

Holy moly! Yeah, we need to stop complaining here, I'll just sit back and be happy with my $2. So what is the least expensive you've paid, say in the last couple years?
