How tall is the font size...

How tall is the font size you like to use in routine emails? Mine is presently Times New Roman, 12 and Dark Blue.
Desire to try something a little less ordinary is the reason I'm asking. Open to any and all recommendations.

Thanks.

Arial 12pt with no itallics, bold, undelined or excessive capitalisation. Otherwise the thought police at work will shoot me.

I tend to use 'chiller' for my poison pen emails and death threats.

I'm an old-fashioned guy - I use plain text for email, not this newfangled MIME junk. And if anyone sends me an email which is not readily and immediately legible, I delete it.
If you want to send me a message, it is incumbent upon you to make it pleasant for me to read in form, even if you cannot
(for whatever, quite possibly legitimate reason)
make it so in content. The best way to achieve that is not fsck about with fonts and colours, just send me text, and let me read it in my preferred font as set in my mail reader.
