A young woman out and out said that it's OK and even expected for a "child" (her 17 year old cousin ) growing up in "tha hood" to break into people's homes so they could buy clothes for school and such.
Her cousin got killed when the homeowner shot him. She was mad because he was just doin' his thang. .
