how to stop move confirmation emails from RHP?

i just checked my email today and i have like 200 new mails from RHP, all to confirm my opponents last move. how do i block these from happening?

Go to "My Settings" then "Email Settings" and follow the instructions.

"My settings", "email settings" place tic mark in the remove email thing.
