I like alcohol and would never judge someone on whether or not they drank it.
Likewise with smoking.
I eat meat but would always provide alternatives at a party I hosted.
I understand some of my friends needing to belong to a religious denomination and I respect their choice - just as they respect my choice not to 'belong'.
I both pity and admire Helen Keller but still laugh at the jokes.
I don't like racism but have been known to laugh at some racist jokes.
I think marijuana is not a big deal and enjoy a joint now and then.
I don't like capital punishment but think that in some cases it is appropriate.
I would never go to a shrink - I think friends do a better job - but would never look down on someone who did.
I enjoy the odd porn movie.
If I go to a movie I don't like ... I have the option of walking out.

Personally? A sip, puff, peep or puff I'd allow with minors of ... say age 13, definitely.
But that's what I believe is ok.
I personally wouldn't allow minors of a certain age to go to a (private) party with certain drugs or activities going on.
Would you?
But then, I wouldn't go to that party demanding that they - the hosts of that private party - stop certain things so that minors could go.
