Hi. I'm not a subscriber.
I refused a game (my opponent did'nt moved within an hour, and I wished to play a fast game). And so:
1. at the beginning, server refused my connections;
2. now I can play, but I can play 7 games!
Why? This is my refused game:

What you complaining about make the most of it 🙂..Its happened before its something to do with a bug so dont worry im sure it wont happen again...
