I was in the bath minding my own business when i found a lump not in the Testicle area but two inches up from my Adams Apple after a quick search on the Internet i found out i had Thyroid cancer and only few days to live, so the next day after not being able to sleep i thought I'd do the sensible thing and pop some clean underwear on (in case i didn't make it back) and go see my doctor, turns out everyone's got one, just took me 25 years to find mine and I'm the 5th person to see her this year after discovering this lump. only problem now is i can't stop poking it.
