Not picking on you but I guess you have to realise that some of us like to play out games and it's up to you to finish us off. I love cat and mouse end games but usually resign when I can see no possibility of winning (including an illustrious opponent making a lucky mistake.
I am hopelessly irrational and irratic at chess, but also take exception to being asked to resign.
I love a good chat and hate it when people don't respond...even to say they don't chat.
