My Latin prof tell us there is not going to be class on Monday because he is going to New Jersey this weekend for a family funeral. As I leave the class I tell him to enjoy his weekend. I might as well have said "enjoy the funeral, hope the food is good" or even "New Jersey is nice city, you are going to have a GREAT time."

Now you too can take a stand. Join me in our right for douchebagginess!

when my dad returns from a funeral of one of his work buddies or something like that, I always ask: "was it a fun funeral?" and he says "well yeah, it was."

I have never been to a fun funeral. How does one judge whether a funeral might be fun? Should I try to attend funerals of people I don't know?

New Jersey is a state, hon. 😕
I say things all the time I later ask, why did I say THAT.

My buddy's last wish was for his pals to gather round his house, eat and drink. We respected his last wishes. We had a good time really, too bad he couldn't have been there too. 🙁

Why set your goal so low? I do several in a minute when I'm going good.
You're capable of so much more. 😞 🙂
