Just hit 67km/h last week. That's my personal record. Usually I can't pass 52 on the same road because traffic lights turn red on the half of it or there are way too many cars. I know I could die, 'cause there is kind of a crowded traffic. But when I see the half-mile straight, sharp, beautiful downhill.. Oh boy I just can't help myself. Beautiful adrenaline rush. 😛

Out of 18 gears, at least 10 combinations are useless. Never understood why they make so much gears. I think 5 should be enough. More gears - more chances to break something.

I think this also depends on your bike. I have a regular city bike, friend of mine has a racing bike, he can go 70+ km/h, which is alot easyer with his bike...downhill...😛
