i've already sent two messages in the send feedback link saying i wish to cancel my subscription here at RHP. this was the advice i was given while talking to a moderator, but i still have no reply. anyone know a user i can send a message to, so i can finish here? thanks.

What do you mean by a user? Do you want to transfer your account to a nonsub who couldn't afford one?

I don't know when you sent the messages, but it sometimes takes a few days to get a reply. But I am not sure you can get a refund if you leave before your subscription has run out. And if you can't, there's no real need to get the subscription cancelled, as far as I can see. The account will not be deleted anyway because of the game archives.

Why would he need to cancel his subscription? I always thought that those with wingless stars were those who donated to the site out of gernorosity and got a lifetime star for it.

The subscription needs to be cancelled because if you don't your credit card will be billed every year even if you don't play here aymore.

The feedback link is responded as soon as they can.

I asked for some info and they got back to me after 3days. When did you subscribe? as you still got till then before you worry. Even so, they can refund any money taken after your initial request.

I would maybe ping Russ, otherwise either wait few days, or cancel the outstanding order with your bank.

This sub has been cancelled already, but you have your star until 27th Dec '06.

It was cancelled nearly a month ago.

We have replied to feedback stating this, and you should have received a cancellation confirmation email from 2checkout.com

I just noticed that you were wingless though, so I have re-attached those. You will receive a subscription *activation* email because of this....(don't panic, the subscription really is cancelled!)
