I don't know when you sent the messages, but it sometimes takes a few days to get a reply. But I am not sure you can get a refund if you leave before your subscription has run out. And if you can't, there's no real need to get the subscription cancelled, as far as I can see. The account will not be deleted anyway because of the game archives.

I asked for some info and they got back to me after 3days. When did you subscribe? as you still got till then before you worry. Even so, they can refund any money taken after your initial request.
I would maybe ping Russ, otherwise either wait few days, or cancel the outstanding order with your bank.

This sub has been cancelled already, but you have your star until 27th Dec '06.
It was cancelled nearly a month ago.
We have replied to feedback stating this, and you should have received a cancellation confirmation email from 2checkout.com
I just noticed that you were wingless though, so I have re-attached those. You will receive a subscription *activation* email because of this....(don't panic, the subscription really is cancelled!)
