Oh wait, I just want to add alcohol to different treats.
Of the generally available - Rum n Raisin is my favourite, I once had a Cointreau
ice-cream dessert in a posh restaurant which was quite spectacular.

I'm sure there about 20 flavours to choose from but I don't like them too sweet, and there is a lot of sugar of most of them. Lemon is fine too.

I wish there was a cotton candy flavored ice cream and maybe instead of cookies and cream flavor, maybe a 'Thin Mint cookie' flavor like the Girl Scout cookie.
