What would you do or change in the world if you were ruler ??????

I would create an alternate universe, sort of a dull version of the earth, and I would banish all the rapists, murderers, child molesters, terrorists, and most of the politicians to it.
I would also have all the handsome young men brought to me to serve as my sex slaves.
oh, and free chocolate for everyone.
