I absolutely can't stand bad parents who then turn into good grandparents and spoil the grandkids.

I had bad parents and no grandparents so I never got anything.

As to your original comment...yes I agree.

That's me and my sister's philosophy.

We were raised poor and realized having kids was out of the question because we wanted to spoil ourselves as adults.

When people ask me if I have any kids I say none that I know of. 😁
