I'll be glad when this unanticipated twelve month long major medical tune up is completed and it's time to move these thankful bones out of the shop and into my brand new downtown high rise apartment scheduled to open by yearend; and to forage for food, saying 'yes' or 'no' to extravagant temptations I've forgotten about, along many of the beguiling aisles, once or twice each week; and to astounding myself with the pleasantness of preparing my own meals in my own kitchen and raidng my own refrigerator on a whim any blessed hour of the day or night; and to soaking in my own tub in my own sweet time; and to giving thanks each sunrise and sundown from the terrace for the fact that this interesting 2011 Chapter of my life and times is concluded on a high note; and to keeping my sacred resolve never to take robust health, mobility, personal freedom or anything else this side of eternity for granted ever again.
I'm especially interested any and all things you'll be glad about as our calendar turns from page 2011 to 2012 in a few months.

I was flooded out under 5 feet of water a few years ago.
It did not aid me in a single chess game.
No one came from RHP to rescue me either.
No one sent a dime from RHP either to assist.
